ABOUT THE ROLE Role: Hourly, Full-time Main Work Shift: 9AM - 6PM EST (occasional weekends) Training Work Shift: 8AM - 5PM PST / 11AM - 8PM EST (~6 weeks) Pay: $48,000 - $55,000 (annualized based on 40-hour work weeks) Work Location: Fully Remote within U.S.A. but must be able to work Main Work Shift hours. The role requires proactive communication with applicants, collaboration with internal teams, and strict adherence to performance and quality standards.
