Job Description: In this position as a Senior Manager, Federal Financial Reporting, you will lead federal financial reporting activities, manage contract performance, and serve as a key liaison between government stakeholders, auditors, and program leadership. You will oversee reporting cycles, ensure compliance with federal financial requirements, and deliver high-quality, audit-ready financial reporting packages. In this position, you will also: Manage staffing, work assignments, schedules, deliverables, risks, meeting cadence, and overall contract performance. Lead or review federal financial statements, footnotes, trial balances, adjusted trial balances, edit checks, flux analyses, and financial reporting packages. Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, consistency, clarity, and audit-readiness prior to submission. Coordinate responses to audit inquiries, Prepared by Client (PBC) requests, corrective action items, and auditor follow-up activities. Prepare or review monthly status repor
