Get to Know the Role Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Finance Business Services, you will be instrumental in architecting and executing the SSC’s performance governance framework. This role is dedicated to championing KPI tracking and ensuring absolute data accuracy, delivering the reporting and analytics that drive visibility across service delivery, operational productivity, and financial outcomes. As a high-impact individual contributor, you will focus on providing the sophisticated insights necessary to support strategic decision-making and enable a culture of relentless continuous improvement throughout the SSC. Key Responsibilities: Your Strategic Mandate Own and Evolve the Performance Governance Framework: Design, standardize, and continuously improve KPI and SLA frameworks across P2P, O2C, and R2R processes, ensuring clear metric definitions, governance, and consistent calculation logic across regions and stakeholders. This includes establishing respective governance forums (e.g., monthly business reviews, weekly dashboard set-ups, etc.) and serving as the central point
