Senior Manager, FP&A Risk Adjustment

Overview Position Overview: Join HealthEdge as Senior Manager, FP&A – Risk Adjustment and take on a key leadership role in shaping our financial future. In this position, you will lead financial planning and analysis for the Risk Adjustment organization, manage and develop a team of FP&A Analysts, and serve as a trusted financial partner and advisor to Risk Adjustment leadership. You will own the forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cadence for the Risk Adjustment P&L, translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights for executive audiences, and drive the analytical rigor, scalability, and process discipline that allow FP&A to grow with the business. This role combines strong financial acumen and people leadership with advanced analytical and data capabilities to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and scalable decision support. Reports To: SVP, Financial Planning & Analysis About Center of Excellence: Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge , our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allow the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals. Team Leadership: This role directly manages a team of FP&A Analysts supporting the Risk Adjustment organization.
