Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Engineering Manager to lead and evolve PlayStation’s Enterprise Integration Engineering capability. We deliver reusable, scalable, and loosely coupled integrations that simplify and automate business processes, improving user experience and data quality across the enterprise. In this role, you will define the technical direction, engineering practices, and delivery strategy for our enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft & SnapLogic), while leading and developing a high-performing team of integration engineers. You will be accountable for engineering strategy, delivery outcomes, technical quality and operational excellence. Working collaboratively with global engineering teams, engineering leaders & managers, architecture, business stakeholders and PMO, to ensure integration solutions are delivered on time, to a high standard of quality, scalability, reliability, and security.
