This is a strategic leadership role with direct influence over product direction, execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment. What You'll Be Doing: Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Product Owners responsible for PK1Cloud applications and future initiatives. Defining and enforcing best practices for backlog management, roadmap planning, sprint execution, and stakeholder communication. Partnering closely with Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to align product initiatives with company strategy and revenue goals. Translating strategic objectives into clear product roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and prioritized feature delivery. Driving customer centric product development by incorporating client feedback, industry trends, and regulatory changes into product planning. Establishing KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance, adoption, retention, and operational efficiency. Facilitating quarterly and annual product planning processes. Improving
