To support this growth, we are seeking a colleague to join our Impact Partnerships & Operations team in the position of Senior Manager, Project Discovery & Transitions and we are poised to hire immediately. Position Summary: From first inquiry through pre-arrival, the Senior Manager, Project Discovery & Transitions serves as the primary steward of how new project teams discover, join, arrive, and begin to experience Multiplier . The Senior Manager also re-engages to steward project teams as they depart Multiplier . This role leads the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of Multiplier ’s project pipeline discovery, approval, post-approval/pre-arrival, and departure systems, ensuring they reflect the organization’s values, and position project teams for long-term success. The Senior Manager ensures that the right Core Team members are engaged at the right moments, creating a more coordinated, efficient, and insight-rich set of processes and engagement strategies that strengthen transparency and decision-making for prospective new project teams and Multiplier ’s Core Team.
