Role Overview The Senior Manager, Technology Operations owns and evolves Venture for Canada ’s internal technology ecosystem, including SaaS systems, workflow automation, AI tooling, and cybersecurity. This is a high-ownership role for a technical operator who combines systems thinking, hands-on execution, and strong project management. You will design and build systems, lead organization-wide tool rollouts, and ensure technology is secure, reliable, and widely adopted across the team. You will manage Venture for Canada 's IT Help Desk & CRM Coordinator, providing technical leadership and coaching while ensuring the organization receives responsive day-to-day IT support. This role is expected to serve as the senior technical resource for complex issues, balancing hands-on problem solving with building scalable systems, processes, and team capability over time.
