Due to continued growth, we are hiring a new Senior Microsoft Licensing Specialist to to support our Public Sector customers with expert licensing advice, commercial guidance, and compliance support across Microsoft's licensing programmes. What will you be doing? Act as a trusted Microsoft licensing advisor for Public Sector customers Provide expert guidance on Microsoft licensing models, product entitlements, and programme requirements Support customers in making informed licensing decisions that align with organisational objectives, digital transformation strategies, and budget constraints Deliver customer-facing licensing consultations, workshops, and renewal discussions Interpret and simplify complex licensing requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Deliver an exceptional customer experience through responsive, accurate, and proactive licensing support Maintain a detailed understanding of Microsoft's evolving licensing programmes, products, and policies Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.
