As a Sr. Application Dev and Support engineer, you will be responsible for design, development and deployment of solutions that support HCP business and enable business to serve our clients efficiently. We need someone who can: Design and develop highly scalable web-based applications based on business needs. Design and customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Ability to use and explain all aspects of application integration in .NET and data integration with SQL Server and associated technologies and standards Good knowledge in building and operating SAAS platforms using Microsoft technology stack with modern services-based architecture. Implement build process and continuous build integration with Unit Testing framework. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business needs from both technical and business perspectives Assist and mentor junior team members to enforce development guidelines. SQL server performance tuning (SQL Server 2016/2019/2025) and troubleshooting Basic Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science / computer engineering or equivalent experience Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in building enterprise scale windows and web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. 5+ years of experience in ASP.NET MVC and Microsoft Web API 4+ years of experience working with .NET Core framework and Entity core. 2+ years of experience with JavaScript based UI framework such as Angular 20.0+ or react.
