Work Setup: Remote Contract: Seasonal/Project-based Schedule: 3pm-12 am or 10pm - 7am(Subject to change)| Manila time Equipment: Company Provided What does a day in the life of a Senior .NET Developer (Blazor) look like? Develop features and implement bug fixes across a range of modern .NET based technologies and applications. Provides technical leadership and mentoring to software developers, other software engineers and interns. Design and create next generation telecom application software, as well as participates in ongoing sustainment of the software. Engages with all project team members (i.e. project managers, software architects, software engineers) to ensure technical integrity and successful delivery of high quality software products and projects. Participates in all phases of the software development process. Works as part of a distributed international team, engaging in global support and implementation activities. Participate with the Product Management Team in the training, product briefs, and deployment of new installations both internally and externally. Lead by example on AI-assisted development – integrating tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot into daily coding, code review, and debugging workflows; coach and pair with teammates to accelerate AI-augmented development adoption across the team. What are the required qualifications for a Senior .NET Developer (Blazor)? 7 - 12 Years’ experience with .NET development with a focus on web technologies Must have 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing web applications using Blazor with C#/.NET, along with strong experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Core. Strong background in .Net Core 6.0/7.0/8.0, MVC / Blazor in C#, CSS, HTML, JavaScript – jQuery a plus Strong background in applications using Bootstrap or similar web front end framework with HTML5 and CSS3.Experience with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly) for building interactive web UIs within the .NET ecosystem; understanding of co
