Senior NetSuite Administrator / Business Systems Analyst (ERP & Integrations)

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior NetSuite Administrator / Business Systems Analyst to manage and optimize our ERP ecosystem. Based in Montreal, this role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of NetSuite ERP, while supporting critical integrations and business processes across the organization. The role will focus on system configuration, reporting, workflow automation, and data integrity, ensuring NetSuite effectively supports operations across consumer goods,” big box” retail partners, and marketplace channels. The successful candidate will also manage and support integrations with key platforms including Workato (iPaaS), Orderful(EDI), Propel (PLM), and Akeneo (PIM) to ensure seamless data flow between systems. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that bridges technology and business operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, supply chain, product, and operations teams to analyze business requirements, implement system improvements, and drive automation and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : NetSuite Administration & Optimization Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, including roles,permissions, workflows, forms, and custom fields Ensure system performance, stability, and data integrity across all NetSuite modules Manage system updates, testing, documentation, and ongoing platformmprovements Reporting & Data Insights Design and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports to support finance, operations, and leadership teams Improve data visibility and reporting capabilities to support operational and strategic decision-making Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across integrated systems Business Systems Analysis Partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, supply chain, and product teams to gather and document business requirements Analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements,automation, and workflow
