Senior Oracle HCM Time & Labour Consultant (Freelance, Europe)

We are supporting an international Oracle HCM implementation and are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Time & Labour Consultant to support the client during a challenging phase of its global payroll transformation. The consultant will join an existing Oracle HCM project team and provide hands-on functional and technical expertise within the Oracle HCM Time and Labor (T&L) module. The main focus of the assignment is on time-related payroll elements and Oracle Fast Formula / conversion formulas . General Oracle Time & Labour implementation knowledge is expected, but the client is specifically looking for a senior specialist who can independently analyze, configure, and resolve complex time-to-payroll requirements. The role is particularly suitable for an experienced Oracle HCM consultant who combines strong Time & Labour configuration expertise with a good understanding of the interaction between time data, payroll elements, formulas, work schedules, and downstream payroll processes .
