This role sits in People and combines financial acumen, transformation, data analytics, and strategic management to improve business and people outcomes—with clear metrics and accountability. You partner with business and People leaders on operating models, workforce change, and adoption. Most initiatives cross systems, data, and AI; you bring high-level technology literacy and work closely with IT, Data, and product partners so change stays feasible, secure, and scalable. What you'll do: Design, model, and maintain end-to-end People Analytics solutions in Power BI , including workforce data modeling, DAX calculations, report development, and interactive dashboards that support strategic talent and business decisions. Use SQL and Python to query, cleanse, integrate, and analyze employee and organizational datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytics
