We're looking for a Senior People Operations Generalist to help build and scale the People & Culture-owned systems, programs, and processes that support our workers throughout their journey with Prenuvo . This role blends hands-on people operations work with continuous process improvement, automation, and project coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the details and the big picture of employee experience. You'll partner closely with People & Culture Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Benefits, and key stakeholders to ensure our people processes are efficient, compliant, and enhance our employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. This role is remote-first, with a preference for candidates who are able to work primarily within the Eastern Time Zone (ET). This role does not provide visa sponsorship.
