The mission of the Senior Industrialization Engineer - is to play a critical role in process and manufacturing operations, ensuring that new products, technologies, and engineering changes are industrialized in a scalable, stable, and cost-effective manner. The role leads complex industrialization initiatives and ensures the successful transfer of products into stable serial production. This position demonstrates deep expertise in process related with rubber as raw material(products especially hoses it is a plus), critical process parameters, application requirements, process ranges, and product process interactions, applying modern manufacturing techniques and methodologies to ensure process capability, risk mitigation, and consistent product quality. Key targets of the role include achieving launch readiness, process capability and stability, operational efficiency, cost competitiveness, and long-term manufacturing sustainability while supporting continuous improvement and global alignment.
