Job's mission In this individual contributor role, you will own end‑to‑end product lifecycle management and change management for obsolescence and change across a complex product portfolio. You play a critical role in safeguarding supply continuity while enabling advanced packaging ramps through disciplined execution of internal and customer qualifications. By setting a strong operating cadence and driving consistent decision‑making, you balance cost, quality, and schedule to keep ASM delivering reliably to customers. The successful candidate will work cross functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Global Product Support, and Suppliers to ensure effective execution of product changes, obsolescence mitigation, and cost-effective lifecycle strategies.
