Job Summary: Strategy Engineering & Consulting LLC is seeking a Process Engineer (10–20 years’ experience) to join our growing team. This role will support the design, procurement, and fabrication of equipment for onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities, as well as emerging renewable energy projects. As a Process Engineer, you will contribute to all phases of project execution — from conceptual design and detailed engineering to procurement support, fabrication, and field execution. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective designs. Job Responsibilities: Contribute to conceptual engineering, FEED, and detailed design for onshore and offshore facilities (Greenfield and Brownfield). Prepare process simulations and Heat & Material Balances (H&MBs). Size, specify, and prepare datasheets for mechanical/process equipment (vessels, tanks, pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, blowers, utilities, etc.). Develop technical specifications, requisitions, and bid evaluations for equipment packages. Perform engineering calculations including hydraulics, relief/vent sizing, PSV and control valve sizing, flare, vent, blowdown, and tank venting. Prepare and review P&IDs, flow diagrams, equipment layouts, and offshore modification permit packages (SFDs, SAFE charts, fire & gas layouts, permit letters).
