Team members work closely with leaders across the enterprise, supporting timely regulatory and operational execution while partnering with key business units to support strategic direction for insurance products. The Senior Process Improvement Professional is responsible for managing CPES operational processes and supporting the successful execution of key regulatory and operational initiatives. This role helps ensure work is completed on time, processes are clearly documented, stakeholders are aligned, and operational activities are carried out consistently across the organization. This position partners closely with the Process Improvement Lead and Director for assigned processes. The role supports governance, issue resolution, implementation readiness, and ongoing process improvement across the department’s enterprise operational portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead progress and execution for assigned process improvements. Coordinate day-to-day activities for assigned CPES workstreams, including tracking milestones, timelines, deliverables, and implementation activities. Monitor progress against operational timelines and help ensure work is completed on schedule. Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures, process maps, operational documentation, governance materials, and document review artifacts.
