Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can independently own complex product experiences and design the next generation of AI-driven analytics interfaces . This is an Individual Contributor role where you will drive design end-to-end — from early concepts and system thinking to polished product experiences shipped to users . You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to simplify complex analytics workflows into intuitive and powerful user experiences. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end product experiences Own and drive design for entire product areas Take ideas from concept → exploration → prototype → shipped product Design AI-powered workflows Design intuitive experiences for AI insights, data exploration, and automation workflows Create multi-modal interfaces combining chat, visualizations, tables, and actions Systems thinking Design for AI agents, orchestration flows, and non-deterministic outputs Think in states, flows, and decisio
