We're looking for a Product Designer with a research-first mindset, someone who thrives on untangling complex problems and grounding design decisions in evidence. This role blends deep UX research with end-to-end product design, from discovery to polished interface. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to build experiences that are visually refined and deeply aligned with our users' workflows and goals. What You'll Do Own the discovery process: plan and run user research including interviews, usability testing, surveys and data analysis to uncover insights and validate design decisions; Define what's worth researching: frame the questions, choose the right method for each problem and keep a continuous discovery cadence running alongside delivery; Synthesize findings into actionable design opportunities, and help shape the product roadmap with them; Build and maintain a shared research repository so insights compound over time and stay accessible across the team; Design intuitive, accessible and aesthetically consistent interfaces for web applications; Own design work from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototy
