This role blends hands-on product design with deep design-system ownership. You'll split your time between shipping product features embedded in a team and owning the evolution of our design system — both are core to the role, not one squeezed in around the other. On the design-system side, you'll maintain and improve it and lead its evolution for AI-assisted workflows. You'll bring structure and craft to our product's user experience, work across our web and mobile applications, and become the owner of the system that keeps everything consistent as we scale across product teams, internal tools, and data dashboards.
