About the role Design systems have evolved beyond component libraries and style guides. Done well, they improve product quality, accelerate delivery, strengthen collaboration between design and engineering, and create consistency across teams, products, and experiences. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in design systems to help organizations build, evolve, and scale these foundations. This is a consulting role. You'll work directly with clients to assess existing systems, define future-state approaches, build scalable foundations, and help teams adopt better ways of working.
