Senior Product Designer

At Dovetail, designers are accountable for crafting experiences, interactions, and solutions that improve the product for our customers, and drive user adoption. This role places a stronger emphasis on visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and evolving our design system. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer with great attention to detail who can create experiences that reflect our incredibly high bar for quality. This is a full-time in person-first role (in office 4 days a week), working from our Surry Hills HQ. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Champion customer feedback in every decision. Build a deep understanding of customer needs, perspectives, and goals by talking to customers regularly, getting involved in research, running your own evaluative testing, participating in our community, and responding to feedback. Use tools like archetypes and journey maps to help your team build a shared understanding of the customer. - Design simple, intuitive and delightful product experiences.
