What We Do Responsible for the design, creation, testing and development of product(s). Collaborates with business and technical staff to move designs from concept into production. HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE Consistently delivers designs that are complete without need for clarification on design details Deeply understands industry patterns, identifying how and when they are effective Creates new industry patterns when needed, validated with research Understands competitor landscape and industry trends for use cases, using insight to inform product strategy and identify sustainable competitive advantages Leverage inputs from user research, usability testing, customer support feedback, and analytics to constantly iterate and improve the product Articulate design decisions and trade-offs, both verbally and visually, across disciplines Partner with engineering very closely to ensure design concepts are both feasible at the start, and properly implemented at the end Required to perform duties outsid
