ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to tackle complex user problems and shape design across large, sometimes ambiguous, product areas within your Squad. You’ll own the end-to-end design process, delivering work that drives meaningful impact for both our users and the business. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, helping to prioritise the right problems and influence product direction through insights from data and research. Systems-thinking, strong UI/UX instincts, and a focus on scalable, user-friendly solutions will be key, as well as deepening your craft in areas like design systems, mobile and web patterns, and accessibility. Collaboration is at the heart of this role – you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, align stakeholders around customer needs, give thoughtful feedback, and foster inclusive design discussions. Strong communication skills and commercial awareness will help you deliver exceptional experiences while shaping the future of Motorway’s product.
