We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape end-to-end experiences across Altium 365. In this role, you will operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, designing complex, data-rich, collaborative cloud workflows that help engineering teams work faster and with more confidence. You will partner closely with product management, engineering, and research to turn ambiguous problems into clear, usable, high-quality product experiences. You will act as an owner and advocate for the customer, balancing deep technical constraints with the need for simple, intuitive interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Product Design Strategy & Ownership: Define and drive the design vision and end-to-end experience for key areas of Altium 365. Translate customer needs and business goals into clear design principles and product direction. Make high-impact decisions on user flows, information architecture, and interaction models. End-to-End Product Design: Design intuitive, scalable experiences for complex, data-heavy, and collaborative workflows. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. Ensure designs support responsiveness, extensibility, and long-term product growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leaders to align design solutions with technical feasibility and business priorities.
