About You We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Consumer Products team and shape experiences that reach players directly across web stores, loyalty programmes, and engagement surfaces that blur the line between commerce and gameplay. In this role, you will design for real people making real decisions: whether to spend, return, share, or stay. You will work at the intersection of consumer psychology, game mechanics, and product strategy, helping build experiences that feel as rewarding as the games they support. What You’ll Be Responsible For Design end-to-end consumer experiences across web stores, player portals, loyalty systems, and engagement features. Translate player psychology, behavioural data, and business goals into intuitive, high-converting design solutions. Apply and evolve gamification mechanics such as progression systems, rewards, streaks, and social proof to drive retention and engagement. Contribute to and evolve design principles, patterns, and system-level consistency across consumer-facing products.
