WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own our enterprise trust and security surface as a living product: trust centre, DDQ responses, security one-pagers, architecture diagrams and bridge letters, always current and ready from day one of a deal. - Translate technical answers into language procurement, legal and IT teams can act on, without ever overstating what the product does. - Get hands-on with the architecture: data residency, BYOK and key management, multi-tenancy, SSO/SCIM, audit and retention, subprocessors, and our SOC 2/ISO posture, making real trade-offs with engineering. - Own the AI-specific side of enterprise trust: data retention scope, no-training evidence, model inventory, and what our AI agents are permitted to do and how it's audited. - Ship the features that make enterprise readiness real: admin controls, audit logging, retention and
