Senior Product Manager - Brokerage

THE OPPORTUNITY As our Brokerage Product Manager, you will take the reins of our trading platform and user experience. Because we just launched, this isn't a role where you'll be managing slow, incremental corporate updates. You’ll be deciding what we build next. Your job is to take raw trader feedback, filter it through strict regulatory rules, and collaborate directly with engineering, design, compliance, and NinjaTrader to ship a great platform that holds up in a highly regulated market. WHAT YOU WILL DO PRODUCT STRATEGY & ROADMAP - Own the product vision and roadmap for Slay Markets, prioritizing features and new offerings (e.g., new asset classes, prediction markets, account funding, trading tools) based on trader needs, business goals, and regulatory reality - Gather and synthesize input from business stakeholders and executive leadership (alongside trader feedback) to shape product direction and requirements - Translate Tradeify's and Slay Markets' broader strategy into a concrete, sequenced roadmap that the team can execute against - Make and defend prioritization calls, balancing speed with the compliance and risk requirements of a regulated futures brokerage - Define and track success metrics for shipped features (adoption, funding conversion, retention, engagement) and use them to inform what's next DISCOVERY, REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERY - Talk to traders, including Tradeify's funded-trader community transitioning in
