YOUR ROLE As the Senior Product Manager for Capital Management, you will play a critical role in building the infrastructure that powers how private funds move and track capital—from capital calls to distributions, treasury workflows to accounting integrations. These are some of the most high-stakes and operationally intensive processes fund managers handle, and you’ll help make them seamless, scalable, and audit-ready. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of reshaping private markets through modern, intuitive software. This is a high-impact position where you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build products that deliver tangible value, including engineering, design, operations, and customer success. TOP RESPONSIBILITIES - Define and drive the product roadmap for capital-related workflows, including capital calls, distributions, treasury, and accounting integrations - Identify opportunities to transform complex operational processes into intuitive product experiences, automation logic, and scalable infrastructure - Conduct customer interviews and market research to understand user needs deeply - Translate customer insights into precise product requirements and user stories - Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related decisions - Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective communication throughout the product lifecycle - Define success metrics and use data to track product performance and inform decision-making - Continuously gather feedback to iterate and improve
