We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a critical role in shaping, building, and scaling our B2B SaaS platform. This role blends hands-on product execution with strategic product leadership . You’ll spend meaningful time acting as a product owner—writing stories, curating backlogs, and running refinements—while also owning customer discovery, competitive intelligence, and product strategy for your product area. This role reports directly to the VP of Product and works closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. What You'll Be Doing Product Strategy & Discovery Own product strategy for your domain, aligning customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Conduct regular customer and user research through interviews, feedback analysis, and usage data. Define and evolve multi-persona product experiences for complex B2B customers. Perform competitive and market intelligence to inform roadmap decisions and positioning. Translate company-level strategy into clear product initiatives and outcomes.
