As the Senior Product Manager for Cloud Infrastructure & Platform, you will own the product strategy and user journey across all three of Ditto's cloud deployment models: SaaS, Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC), and Self-Managed. This is a critical, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of enterprise deployment strategy, cloud infrastructure, and field GTM execution. You will define how customers successfully deploy and operate Ditto in their environments, working directly with customers and internal GTM teams to gather requirements, shape deployment strategies, and deliver solutions that work across the full spectrum of enterprise infrastructure landscapes, including government cloud environments. You will own the backlog for this space end-to-end, translating complex deployment and operational requirements into a clear product roadmap, while acting as the connective tissue between customers, field teams, and engineering.
