At Cloudways, you will turn real customer problems into intuitive, scalable and increasingly AI-powered product experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy, roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle of multiple Cloudways products or a significant product area, from discovery and validation through launch, adoption, growth and continuous improvement. Develop a deep understanding of Cloudways customers, including developers, digital agencies, ecommerce businesses and SMBs, and translate their needs into clear product opportunities and priorities. Lead continuous product discovery through customer interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analysis, competitive research and market validation. Establish structured customer feedback loops across Product, Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, Community and other customer-facing teams. Ensure insights are regularly synthesized, prioritized and incorporated into product decisions. Define customer problems, product requirements, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes for new products and capabilities. Build compelling business cases by assessing customer value, market opportunity, strategic alignment, development effort, operating costs, revenue potential and business risk.
