About the role You'll own the commercial engine of hipages' marketplace. Shaping what tradies pay and the value they feel they get for it. Lead the pricing, packaging and upgrade experiences that grow MRR, with results read at the SLT level and real scope to build a repeatable value-capture engine for FY27 and beyond. Own subscription pricing and the shape of the packages — what's in each tier, what it costs, and how tradies move between them. Validate the highest-impact pricing and packaging opportunities, starting with rookies and entry-level packages, and launch and prove the first initiative. Build the repeatable engine for finding, testing and scaling the next source of customer value, rather than chasing a one-off win. Run a disciplined experimentation practice — clear hypotheses, sound methodology, and honest reads of significance that the whole business can trust. Build with AI as the default, embedding it into your own workflow and into the team's evaluation and cost-awareness from the start.
