Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for your assigned product area, aligning it with the company's overall strategic goals. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product direction. Roadmap Ownership: Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. Clearly communicate the roadmap to stakeholders across the organization. Requirements Definition: Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product lifecycle. Facilitate effective communication and decision-making to ensure successful product delivery. Market & Customer Research: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to gain deep insights into user behavior, pain points, and emerging trends. Data-Driven Performance & Iteration: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for your products, monitor performance, and leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and guide future iterations.
