What you’ll be doing - Shape and evangelize the product vision and roadmap, grounded in customer pain points and Marketing Ops best practices. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to validate opportunities and prioritize features. - Author clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with UX/UI to ensure intuitive user experiences. - Lead agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, demos), track sprint progress, and re-prioritize backlog based on stakeholder input and data. - Monitor product performance against key SaaS metrics, identify friction in Marketing Ops workflows, and drive continuous optimizatio
