The Senior Product Manager - Build is responsible for shaping and launching Aussie Lending products and future lending capabilities, from early discovery and commercial feasibility through to operational readiness, go-live and handover into the Run team. This role owns product discovery, strategy, roadmap and delivery across the Build portfolio. It defines the product construct, proposition, eligibility, features, pricing inputs, documentation and end-to-end customer and broker experience, while coordinating the systems, integrations, data, controls and operating model required to launch successfully. Working across Lending, Strategic and Lending Partnerships, Technology, Data, Risk, Compliance and Operations, the role ensures each new product or capability is commercially sound, operationally viable and ready to run. Success is measured by disciplined delivery, accepted Build-to-Run handover and strong early-life product
