As Senior Product Manager for New Verticals, you’ll help decide where Broccoli expands next. Broccoli is growing quickly in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, but the broader home services market is much larger. There are dozens of adjacent verticals with similar operational pain: missed calls, slow follow-up, manual scheduling, inconsistent customer experience, fragmented systems, and revenue leaking through the cracks. Your job is to find the best opportunities, understand them deeply, and turn them into successful product and go-to-market bets. You’ll spend time with owners, operators, CSRs, dispatchers, technicians, and sales teams to understand how different service businesses actually run. You’ll study workflows, call transcripts, customer data, competitors, and market dynamics. Then you’ll synthesize that into clear recommendations: which verticals should we enter, why now, what should we build first, and how will we know if it worked?
