Senior Product Manager - P&C

The Product Manager is a leadership position within an agile organization, responsible for roadmap development that feeds product team(s). Acting as the voice of the customer and stakeholders, the Product manager bridges the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that the final product aligns with organizational goals and user needs. The Product manager builds business cases, defines go-to-market plans, and determines KPIs owning accountability for the success of their product(s). As a member of the Retail Technology Solutions team, you will serve as product visionary leading teams to deliver real value across the retail organization as B&B. How You Will Contribute: Own, create, and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and understood by all stakeholders and scrum team members. Partner with product owner(s) to ensure the scrum product backlogs align with the broader roadmap. Lead discovery effort on new initiatives partnering with product owner(s) to translate to stories. Deeply engages with stakeholders by establishing and maintaining ongoing business relationships. Maintains and improves knowledge sharing and collaboration between the business and IT. Acts as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the Scrum Team. Understands how existing business solutions are used to determine current and future state. Develop product KPIs in alignment with broader business goals and objectives. Facilitate communication of the product vision, goals, and objectives to the Scrum Team in partnership with product owner(s).
