Senior Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to define and execute the future of our commercial software and digital experiences on the gym floor. In this high-impact role, you will drive the product strategy and lifecycle building experiences to guide exercisers through their in-gym workouts. You will define innovative solutions in support of both commercial operators & exercisers needs to drive product growth. As a Senior PM on the Commercial Software team, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution, acting as an autonomous strategic lead and a hands-on builder. You will report to a Director of Product Management and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Design, Engineering, Hardware, Analytics, and Content—to deliver a world-class, connected experience for members in commercial fitness environments. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, owning & driving core metrics including hardware sales, workout engagement, and retention Partner with Engineering, Hardware, Design, and Content to deliver holistic user experiences, blending our premium at-home experience with commercial gym needs Dive deep into user data, user research, testing, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and design product experiments Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, translating user and business needs into requirements and clear success criteria. Leverage AI every step of the way to experiment quickly and maximize efficiency Drive alignment and communicate effectively across the organization, providing clear updates on progress and dependencies to keep cross-functional partners informed and inspired Empower the team to deliver smart, software solutions - balancing product innovation with long-term scale YOU BRING TO PELOTON 4+ years of Product Management experience, driving a healthy mix of business growth & user
