About the role: hipages is transforming into an AI-driven operating model in which every product team works through an agentic process for discovery and delivery. As Senior Product Manager, you'll own the platform layer that makes that possible. The AI infrastructure (harness, evaluation, institutional knowledge), the App Platform roadmap that completes our marketplace lifecycle and removes legacy constraints, and the front-end enablement for our customer experiences run across web and mobile. Define the patterns and guardrails that other product teams plug into. Memory, context, prompt structure, evaluation, quality. Hold the quality bar for AI work across product. Build evaluation into the workflow, not bolted on. Interrogate outputs, your own and the team's.
