About the Role SERHANT. is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to lead the evolution of internal and agent-facing technology platforms that power operational efficiency, advisor workflows, onboarding, automation, and service delivery across the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of S.MPLE, this role will own product strategy from discovery through launch and iteration, partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, and brokerage stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong product intuition, technical fluency, operational thinking, and a deep understanding of how to translate complex business challenges into simple, effective user experiences.
