Roadmaps, PRDs, OKRs, feature-request triage, release management, KPI dashboards: today these processes are spread across Notion, Jira, and Slack, each maintained on the side by someone with a different day job. Your mission is to turn them into one coherent, AI-powered delivery machine — while keeping processes lean and avoiding bureaucracy. This is a founding role, reporting directly to the CPO. You’ll partner closely with the Heads of Product across our tech groups and interface with Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Support wherever the Product OS touches their work.
