YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You drive innovation and development of corporate customer-centric AI solutions focusing on agentic AI, including chat and voice bots and Virtual Sales Assistants You enhance and personalize customer interactions at scale, integrating seamlessly with our CRM platform, Salesforce You collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Engineering to build and deploy intelligent tools worldwide You own and execute the conversational AI roadmap from concept through launch, optimizing corporate sales touchpoints across markets You monitor and analyze product performance and business impact, owning key KPIs and structuring your backlog effectively You proactively identify innovation opportunities by researching market trends and evaluating tooling, ensuring alignment with product strategy YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have proven experience as a Product Owner working with generative AI products and understand their enterprise capabilities and limitations; agentic/multiagent AI knowledge is a plus Background You have solid understanding of B2B sales pipelines and corporate sales processes end-to-end, ideally with CRM tools such as Salesforce Know-how You possess hands-on expertise in designing, delivering, and optimizing conversational AI solutions including chatbots, voicebots, virtual assistants, conversation design, prompt engineering, and continuous improvement Skills You excel at translating complex business needs into AI use cases, product requirements, and clear success metrics like conversion and CSAT Co
