Your tasks Aligning design goals with business objectives by implementing design thinking processes to foster innovative, user-centric solutions and promote creative problem-solving and collaboration. Conducting research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions. Creating intuitive and delightful user experiences by applying User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and User Interface Design principles. Translating your ideas into tangible solutions with wireframes and prototypes. Leveraging AI-powered design and research tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, content creation, and user insights while applying critical thinking and human-centered design principles. Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency, and incorporating inclusive design practices per WCAG. You bring over 5 years of experience in Product/UX design and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Psychol
