Senior Professional Engineer / Project Manager, Civil - Site Design

At our 100% employee-owned engineering firm, you'll actually own a piece of every project you help deliver. We're looking for a Senior Professional Civil Engineer with over 10 years of experience who enjoys working on a diverse range of projects across the Transit and Transportation, Industrial, Higher Education, Commercial, and Municipal markets. You'll work out of our Seattle, Washington office, leading multidisciplinary project teams, mentoring junior engineers, and partnering directly with clients from concept development through construction. One day you might be supporting a major transit facility improvement, the next you're designing site infrastructure for a renewable energy project, academic campus, industrial facility, or municipal development. We follow a "seller-doer" approach, which means you'll collaborate with our Market Managers to strengthen client relationships while focusing on what you do best: delivering high-quality engineering solutions and leading successful projects.
