Position Overview Woolpert is seeking a Senior Healthcare Architect to join our dynamic Healthcare Architecture Team . This position reports to the Healthcare Architecture Leader, Sector Leader, or Design Director and serves as a senior technical authority responsible for advancing healthcare design excellence, project quality, client relationships, and strategic project delivery efforts. Qualified candidates will possess extensive healthcare architecture experience, recognized technical expertise, and the ability to influence project outcomes across multiple teams and stakeholders. What You Will Do Provide senior architectural leadership for large, complex, or high-profile healthcare projects. Serve as a technical authority on healthcare planning, design standards, regulatory requirements, and project delivery. Lead healthcare programming, master planning, operational workflow assessment, and design strategy development. Guide multidisciplinary teams from project inception through construction completion. Direct development and validation of design concepts, technical documentation, and architectural standards.
