Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement design engineering and estimating processes and work management structures that are repeatable, scalable, and support positive client outcomes. Ensure Estimators use best practices, standards, and procedures to determine the cost of a service or product. Manage, coach, and develop estimating resources to ensure tracking and delivery of project estimates in an accurate and consistent manner.
