About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services team, leading our most complex and technically demanding enterprise SaaS implementations. This is a senior, high-impact role for a PMP-certified project management professional with deep experience managing enterprise SaaS deployments and a strong technical foundation. The ideal candidate is as comfortable in a technical architecture conversation with engineering and customer IT teams as they are managing executive stakeholders, and brings proven judgment for de-risking large-scale, multi-phase, multi-stakeholder implementations. Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects. Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. Manage communication and expectation-setting throughout the project. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Track project progress and ensure adherence to milestones. Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Manage scope changes, budget adjustments, and timeline shifts through structured change control processes.
